The basic components of FRP profiles are resin and glass fibers (cloth, felt, etc.). Fibers are used as reinforcing materials, including FRP, carbon fiber, orgainc fiber, and other metal and non-metal fibers. Resin is used as bonding agents, mainly composed of epoxy resin, polyester resin and phenolic resin, and supplemented by other auxiliary materials such as release agents. These auxiliary materials are mold release agent, curing agent, catalyst, sealing agent, UV light stabilizer, mold cleaning water, adhesive coating, etc. It has a series of excellent characteristics such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, low specific gravity, low moisture absorption, low elongation, and good insulation.
